For those who don’t know, the Blade Runners are the heroes who don’t wear capes (although some do wear high heels).
They risk their own security to take a stand against the extortionists by “re-positioning” ULEZ cameras — they tend to prefer the look of them on the ground, with the wires cut.
Some say it’s criminal damage.
Well, I suppose if it’s damaging criminals, then they’d be right.
This painting is a homage to their bravery — part two of the ULEZ Triptych.
